MOQs vary by product category and formulation complexity. For fragrance compounds, initial orders typically start from 10–25kg. For flavor compounds, MOQ is usually 5–10kg. We are genuinely flexible with new partners — please ask us about your specific requirements.
For fragrance, we typically deliver initial samples within 2–4 weeks of receiving a confirmed brief. Flavor development is typically 3–6 weeks. Custom or complex formulation briefs may require additional time, which we'll communicate upfront.
Yes. All fragrance compounds we develop are assessed against IFRA 51st Amendment guidelines for the intended product category. We provide IFRA certificates, SDS, allergen declarations, and TDS documentation as standard with every formulation.
